New And Noteworthy Features For Teams

Technology is always changing to be more available, innovative and adaptive. Part of that means pivoting to accommodate your customers’ needs. As more teams start using Beautiful.ai to scale their business, we recognize that we can scale with them by adding new features and product updates to support their efforts.

Collaborating with teammates is an important part of presentations. As such, we have done the legwork to make collaboration more seamless for teams, both big and small. Our Team Plan helps departments and colleagues stay on-brand, keep everything in one shared library, collaborate remotely, and scale work. But we took it a step further. We’ve been busy this summer adding new features to Beautiful.ai so that you and your team can present your best work yet. 

In case you missed it, here’s a round up of our new and noteworthy features for teams. 

Team Folders

It’s not uncommon for teams to be working in Beautiful.ai under one roof. And while our Team Plan makes collaboration more effortless and efficient, there was room for improvement. So, we added Team Folders to help with content management. Now, all members can create Team Folders to organize shared content. Whether they're collaborating on a project or working with their department, members will be able to seamlessly create and configure folders that allow them to share with the right people at the right time.

Don’t worry, content control is still an option here. Team Owners can view and manage all folders from the Team Resources center.

Team Templates

Even with pre-set themes and Beautiful.ai’s design guardrails in place, some team members might need a little bit more to get their presentation over the line. And that’s okay. To help your team’s non-designers create something that’s aligned with your brand, Team Owners and Librarians can now build presentation templates for members to start from.

‍Team Templates are plug-and-play starter decks that help members kick off their presentations and maintain critical storylines. With presentation structure, design elements, and key slides already in place, members can quickly replace content to customize their story without getting bogged down with the details. You can easily convert existing presentations into Team Templates, or build new templates from scratch.

Stop, collaborate, and @mention

Teamwork makes the dream work. And collaboration is a huge component of teamwork. To make collaboration more seamless for you and your team, we gave our comments and notifications feature an upgrade. Now you can @mention your teammates in comments so that they know exactly what and where they need to dive in. You can assign collaborators to the slides they’re responsible for creating or presenting so that everyone is on the same page and nothing falls through the cracks. 

Deep Text Search

Say goodbye to easter egg hunts in Beautful.ai! As your company’s presentations start to add up, it can be a pain to hunt down old content. There’s nothing worse than spending half your day scanning old decks just to find one presentation or individual slide. Nobody has time for that. Now you can locate the presentation or slide you're looking for with just a few key words. Our new, comprehensive slide search searches across all of the text in your account to show you the most relevant results. This means team presentations are easier to find to reference or repurpose as needed. We’re scaling with your team so you can work smarter, not harder.
